The Regional Perishable Operations Manager reports to the Sr Director of Perishables and oversees operations across multiple clubs, ensuring high execution standards, operational excellence, and financial accountability. Responsibilities include managing merchandising execution, analyzing sales data, developing team members, and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executional Excellence: Ensure seamless merchandising, marketing, and product flow across all clubs, maintaining quality standards and driving sales.
2. Data Analysis and Insights: Use data to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
3. Team Member Development: Develop skills of club managers and foster continuous improvement.
4. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with leadership and operational teams.
5. Training and Succession Planning: Drive training programs and identify future leaders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or operations management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in BJ's IS, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Experience with perishable goods is a plus
