Regional Performance Manager - Power Sports

Job Overview

The Regional Performance Manager supports a major OEM Power Sports relationship, the OEM’s retail dealerships, and related staff with Safe-Guard Product and Services Training and Sales Advisory Services. The manager will utilize product knowledge and training skills to maximize productivity and results across multiple client locations within an assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary contact with key partners and clients to achieve strategic goals.
  2. Develop and deliver customized training programs to help OEM auto makers and dealerships grow their Finance & Insurance business.
  3. Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a key differentiator and added value.
  4. Represent Safe-Guard at industry events, conferences, and in publications.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to maximize sales revenue.
  6. Improve programs related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling, and objection handling.
  7. Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to boost dealer profitability and product sales.
  8. Use approved training and marketing materials for development and delivery.
  9. Assist dealers in complying with laws and regulations through reviews and ongoing training.
  10. Market and facilitate dealer participation in F&I certification and training classes.
  11. Educate dealership staff on features, benefits, and value of Safe-Guard products.
  12. Implement strategies to increase Safe-Guard product sales.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to develop mutually beneficial strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in Power Sports retail management roles (e.g., F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
  • At least 2 years of F&I specific experience.
  • Proven experience in territory management and training activities.
  • Extensive menu selling experience and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in selling F&I product portfolios.
  • Experience in account development with consistent results.
  • Hands-on training experience with dealership personnel or 'train the trainer' programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Successful track record of developing innovative programs and executing conversion methods.
  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
