Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator supports the Regional Vice President of Operations and the team by managing scheduling, providing administrative support, and coordinating operations to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Schedule & Travel Management: Organize appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries; manage calendars to optimize efficiency.
  2. Administrative Support: Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, contracts, and confidential documents; assist with meeting minutes, project tasks, and event planning.
  3. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing reports related to budgets, sales leads, and student data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Communication & Coordination: Screen and prioritize communications; collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
  5. Office Operations: Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper), perform clerical tasks, provide reception support, and suggest operational improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, office administration, or business operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with data analysis and report interpretation.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail.
