We are seeking an experienced Oncology/MRD Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will consistently meet or exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory through field-based activities and build strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed sales objectives through regular meetings with healthcare providers and their staff.
2. Drive clinical adoption, identify and develop new accounts, and enhance relationships within existing accounts.
3. Develop and implement an effective territory management and planning strategy.
4. Create and execute a tactical plan to maximize product utilization in high-priority accounts.
5. Deliver key selling messages while maintaining a focus on customer service expectations.
6. Understand territory-related clinical and other issues impacting the business.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of scientific research, applicable disease states, and competitive landscape.
8. Attend sales meetings and professional conferences as required.
9. Develop innovative strategies to access customers and build meaningful relationships.
10. Quickly learn and comprehend clinical research in cancer.
11. Communicate feedback effectively across all levels of the organization.
12. Uphold the company's mission and values of accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
13. Comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
14. Model inclusion and diversity behaviors within the organization.
15. Commit to excellence in performance and engage in continuous self-evaluation and development.
16. Travel estimated at 75% within the assigned region and may include overnight/weekend.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or health sciences).
2. 5+ years of successful sales experience in medical oncology and/or diagnostics or related healthcare products.
3. 2+ years of experience in oncology, selling chemo/immunotherapy or diagnostics.
4. Demonstrated clinical and scientific expertise with a proven sales track record.
5. Strong territory/account management skills and awareness of market trends.
6. Proven history of exceeding sales goals, including recognitions such as Presidents Club.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Clinical Oncology experience, particularly in the breast cancer space.
2. Established relationships within oncology accounts in the territory.
3. Experience selling to medical oncologists and community cancer centers.
4. Knowledge of NGS, Digital PCR, and molecular residual disease.
