This will be a dual store position.

Essential Duties:
  1. Manage operations at both Southside Nissan and North Vancouver Nissan, demonstrating strong multi-site management capabilities.
  2. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations.
  3. Knowledge of automotive systems.
  4. Generate gross profit through parts and accessories sales.
  5. Manage departmental expenses to ensure monthly net profit.
  6. Develop and maintain policies for wholesale customer follow-up, material returns, and complaint handling.
  7. Train, develop, and motivate department employees.
  8. Maintain an inventory control system meeting dealership needs.
  9. Implement purchasing policies, including purchase orders and inventory management.
  10. Handle warranty, scrap, and core procedures effectively.
  11. Maintain an organized inventory storage system.
  12. Ensure dealership equipment is maintained and operational.
  13. Advise management on equipment needs.
  14. Oversee shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
  15. Utilize inventory control systems for accurate feedback on inventory status.
  16. Build and maintain a good relationship with the factory.
  17. Promote safety, housekeeping, and security procedures.
  18. Keep catalogs, price lists, and technical bulletins accessible.
  19. Foster good relations with other departments.
  20. Participate in management and departmental meetings.
