Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead in Canada to oversee independent contractors, recruit and train teams, and ensure high-visibility displays for Tasty Joe’s Nuts and other bulk products across major retailers.

You will manage regional coverage, maintain planograms, and analyze sales data to drive SKU optimization and increment displays. A drive for results and strong relationship-building are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in merchandising, consumer packaged goods, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong customer focus and ability to interpret analytics.
• Experience recruiting, training, and coaching contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee independent contractors to execute store visits and merchandising tasks.
• Recruit, train, and coach regional teams to meet standards.
• Maintain bulk sections, restock shelves, and manage inventory.
• Analyze sales data to optimize SKU selection and merchandising.
• Ensure planogram and pricing compliance across stores.
• Develop relationships with store management to drive sales and displays.
• Visit stores daily to guide teams and address issues on the spot.
