Job Details

Location: Pickering/Scarborough/Oshawa

Duration: Seasonal from April to June, with work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 8am-5pm (20 hrs/week)

Travel: Ability to travel 2-3 days a week

Seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Garden Centre Merchandising Supervisor to oversee retail merchandisers across multiple locations. Responsibilities include guiding teams, executing merchandising strategies, ensuring brand standards, and increasing sales through attractive displays. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, a passion for gardening, and the ability to travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage merchandising teams to ensure consistency in product display.
2. Follow visual merchandising directives according to planograms.
3. Train and support staff on product presentation and store relationships.
