Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Description

We are recruiting Regional Floral Merchandisers to travel within a designated region on behalf of growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers from mid-April to mid-June (7 weeks).

You will be responsible for traveling to retail locations within your region to locate incoming orders, ensure they are placed on the sales floor, manage inventory and pricing, and maintain all items in the retail locations.

Reps must have personal transportation to travel efficiently to 2-3 locations per shift.

Availability for shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (occasionally Friday), between 8 am-4 pm, is required. Weekly hours will be between 10-16 hours depending on your location.

Qualifications

Enjoy working flexible schedules on various programs and projects during different times of the year.
Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull items weighing 20-50 lbs.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of floral or plant maintenance.
Personable with strong relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel 45 minutes to 1 hour from your home base.
Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting.
