Job summary

A healthcare organization in British Columbia is seeking a Regional Medical Director/Regional Department Head to lead and support a culture of safety and effectiveness in patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with a Master’s degree in health administration. Responsibilities include providing regional leadership, standardisation, and performance monitoring within the Hospitalist network. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
• Hospital-based leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Eligibility for membership on the FH Medical Staff required.

Responsibilities
