Regional Marketing Manager

Our Edmonton-based client is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to manage multiple regions within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Understanding strategy and tactical marketing, strong execution skills.
• Fitting into the environment, keeping up with the fast-paced environment, and being able to pivot fast.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing budget management and ROI reporting. A strong understanding of how to distribute marketing budgets based on performance and measures to customer acquisition cost is needed.

Skills required:

• Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years leading a marketing division.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets.
• Able to lead marketing campaigns and work with external vendors.
• Knowledge of Residential and Commercial Rental and lease-up strategies is a must!

This position will be 100% on site in the Edmonton office - remote/hybrid work not available.
