We are seeking a dynamic leader with a commitment to safety to join our Terminal Operations team! You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of key tactics that helps achieve the strategic objectives for the terminal region. You will be responsible for managing the operations of the region’s terminals through sound leadership and the supervision of terminal staff. Implementing strategies and is responsible for the safety, annual financial budgetary and operating results of assigned units. Promoting good relations with the community, customers and union representatives. Participating in the conduct of labour relations issues and grievances, administration processes and human resource activities in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines.

The target salary range: $125,400 - $156,800 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
