Job Overview

The Diverse Customer Segments team develops and executes top-tier customer strategies across TD's Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth sectors. We are dedicated to engaging authentically with the community and delivering exceptional products and services tailored for our customers within TD.

Location and Schedule

Calgary, Alberta, Canada | 37.5 hours/week

Compensation

$91,200 - $136,800 CAD

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the 2SLGBTQ+ business strategy across all business lines in the region.
  • Drive growth of the 2SLGBTQ+ business portfolio through targeted goals.
  • Expand referral programs via sales strategies and community initiatives.
  • Enhance knowledge and awareness of 2SLGBTQ+ business opportunities across banking sectors.
  • Support internal partners with sales and knowledge sharing to grow the banking portfolio.
  • Increase TD’s visibility and engagement within the 2SLGBTQ+ marketplace by cultivating key relationships.
  • Lead with a focus on superior customer and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Community Relations, HR, and other partners.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience across Business Banking, Retail, & Wealth sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and its business opportunities.
  • Strong network within the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
  • Proven sales and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently or in teams.
  • Ability to leverage social media for business development.
Additional Information

Travel within the Prairies is required.
