Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across North America. You will coach field leaders, standardize maintenance, and drive KPI performance while ensuring safety and operational rigor at multiple sites.

This role emphasizes in-field coaching, rapid development of leaders, and deployment across a network of distribution centers with high accountability and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of multi-site maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop people, drive performance, and manage large teams.
• Knowledge of MHE, industrial automation, and safety in logistics environments.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across a dynamic portfolio to build leadership capability and drive excellence.
• Coach Senior/Area Maintenance Managers in field, not remotely.
• Standardize maintenance execution and improve site KPI performance.
• Provide visibility to site leaders and negotiate with finance on budgets.
• Develop talent pipelines and ensure safety training compliance network-wide.
