Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting is essential.

What Do You Need To Be Successful

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Proficient with basic handheld and electrical tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work collaboratively and independently, supporting office duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for exceptional client service
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a sense of belonging

What Will You Do

Regional Maintenance Associates ensure the smooth operation of our multi-unit apartment complexes. Responsibilities include responding to resident repair requests, maintaining building systems and equipment, upkeeping units and grounds, responding to emergencies, coordinating with contractors, scheduling and inspecting jobs, training new maintenance staff, and creating Purchase Orders in Yardi.
