Wajax Limited is seeking an HR Lead to guide and manage human resource services across the region. This pivotal role involves partnering with senior leaders, implementing HR initiatives, and fostering organizational change, requiring extensive experience in human resources management. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team environment and a comprehensive compensation package.
Acts as a strategic partner and plays a key role in supporting regional and or business unit business needs and achieving objectives. Accountable for the overall execution of human resource services, policies, procedures and programs across the region and or business being supported.

The Candidate
Education : Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred
Work Experience : 7-10 years of similar role with experience partnering with senior leaders with a proven track record of delivering results and successfully managing change : labour relations experience required
Knowledge : CHRL designation preferred, Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills
