Process Improvement: Drive cross-site standardization and streamline HR processes for enhanced efficiency and consistency.
Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate and manage C&B processes including annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and HR budgeting across all sites.
Job Architecture: Develop and maintain job descriptions, conduct job analysis and evaluation, manage job classification, and perform benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage organization-wide compensation and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Compliance & Reporting: Conduct periodic audits and generate reports to ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of regional HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Experience in driving cross-site process improvements and managing regional HR projects.
