Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management (multi-unit or high-volume operations preferred) and/or franchise operations management.
  • Must have a clean driving record and qualify for car insurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant industry (QSR experience preferred) with a strong grasp of restaurant operations and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 weeks per month for franchisee and staff meetings or site visits.

Regional Franchise Manager - Eastern Saskatchewan, Manitoba to Thunder Bay ON

We’re seeking a Franchise Leader to join our global QSR brand! If you’re passionate about inspiring and empowering restaurant leaders to achieve new levels of success, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership and expert coaching to franchisees and the Operations team, driving both immediate results and long-term business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in restaurant operations and team management, you’ll support franchise owners and operators in boosting sales, profitability, and operational excellence while consistently exceeding customer expectations. You’ll also play a key role in protecting our brand integrity and reputation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisee leaders will be essential to aligning goals and ensuring collective success.

Responsibilities

Develop both short- and long-term strategic operations and business plans to support growth and efficiency.

Design and execute a comprehensive district-wide business plan, integrating key areas such as marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain management.

Collaborate with franchise owners to establish and execute tailored business plans where appropriate. Provide guidance to ensure these plans include clear objectives and strategies aligned with the brand’s Operations and Marketing goals. Regularly evaluate progress and track goal achievement.

Ensure franchisees consistently meet key operational targets, including shift management, food safety, quality, service excellence, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and creating a positive customer atmosphere, as outlined in the Operations Business Plan and brand standards.

Assess the financial health of select franchisees where applicable, tracking progress and offering actionable advice to help them achieve and maintain optimal financial performance.

Oversee the consistent implementation of corporate strategies to uphold food safety, menu adherence, trademark protection, and brand standards across the district.

  • Extensive travel 6-8 overnights a month to support franchisee and staff engagements as necessary between Eastern Saskatchewan, Manitoba to Thunder Bay

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management (multi-unit or high-volume operations preferred) and / or franchise operations management, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Must have a clean driving record and qualify for car insurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant industry (QSR experience preferred) with a strong grasp of restaurant operations and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering positive, mutually beneficial connections with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks, balancing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet business needs.
  • Frequent communication via phone and email (4+ hours per day).
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 weeks per month for franchisee and staff meetings or site visits.
  • Comfortable driving to various locations to support franchisee and staff engagements as necessary between Eastern Saskatchewan, Manitoba to Thunder Bay
