OPENLANE is seeking a Regional Field Inspection Manager to lead inspection delivery across the Toronto region and beyond. You will guide inspector teams, monitor quality, productivity, and schedules to ensure inspections meet OPENLANE standards while supporting dealer commitments.

You will coach inspectors, use scorecards and data dashboards, collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, QA and Arbitration, and drive workforce planning, training, and tool improvements across markets.

This role is accountable for inspector quality, productivity and service reliability, ensuring inspections are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with OPENLANE standards. You will manage inspectors and partner with Inspector Regional Leads to coach performance, close gaps and maintain consistent execution across the region’s markets.
