A leading health organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Regional Executive Director to provide strategic oversight in health operations. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams and working closely with Indigenous communities to enhance health outcomes. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of relevant leadership experience in regional health services and a commitment to cultural safety.

Title: Regional Executive Director, Vancouver Coastal
Salary: $141,038 - $165,927 - $190,817 per year
Contract: Term (15 months)
As Regional Executive Director, you will provide senior leadership and strategic direction for regional operations in the Vancouver Coastal Region, overseeing key functions such as Nursing, Mental Health and Wellness, Environmental Public Health, Funding Arrangements, Finance, HR, Community Capital, Accommodation, and IM / IT. You will work collaboratively with centralized FNHA teams, Regional Health Authorities, and First Nations communities to implement the Partnership Accord and co-design culturally safe, community-informed health and wellness models. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, align provincial initiatives with Nation-specific strategies, and strengthen FNHA’s presence across the region through relationship-building, innovation, and system transformation.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full-time equivalents. Incumbents are typically hired within or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. The top 10% of the pay range is for industry experts with exceptional experience and competencies. Internal compensation will be determined per FNHA policy.
