Job summary

The Regional Support Manager, Estate and Trust for GTA provides leadership and oversight to the support professionals serving the Greater Toronto Area Trust business. Reporting to the Regional Director, Trust, GTA, the role leads, coaches, and develops the team to deliver timely, accurate, high‑quality support to Trust Officers and clients.

The position strengthens capabilities, manages capacity and workflow, improves processes, reinforces risk and compliance, and enables a high‑touch client

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of estate and trust administration experience.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of estate and trust products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the GTA Trust support team to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers and leadership to deliver high‑touch client experiences.
