Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Regional Support Manager, Estate and Trust for the GTA. You will lead the trust administration professionals, coach staff, and ensure timely, accurate client service while upholding regulatory compliance.

The role supports strategic planning and ongoing improvement across the GTA Trust team. Reporting to the Regional Director, Trust GTA, you will manage operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across the group,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of estate and trust administration experience.
• Sales and service experience preferred.
• In-depth operational and risk/compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GTA Trust support team operations and performance.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure timely, accurate, high-quality service.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and process improvements across workflows.
• Report to Regional Director, Trust GTA and support regional business planning.
