About The Job

Position : Regional E-commerce & Marketplace Manager

Work Arrangement : Independent Contractor, Remote (Work from Anywhere in Southeast Asia)

Role Overview : We are seeking a Remote E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to oversee our online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify . This remote role is open to talents across Southeast Asia . You will manage daily operations, execute marketing strategies, coordinate customer service, and optimize performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify from end to end.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with platform account managers for campaigns and opportunities.
  • Implement platform-specific promotions, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Increase traffic and conversion through onsite and offsite marketing efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on platforms.
  • Handle post-sale issues with logistics and fulfillment teams.
  • Ensure positive customer experience consistent with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, and online campaigns.
  • Experience in comprehensive e-commerce operations including customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
