The Work
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for managing and growing high-value accounts within Equitable Bank’s portfolio, focusing on sales, relationship enhancement, and market share growth within specified networks. The SAM will collaborate closely with key brokerages to ensure the success and long-term growth of these partnerships. This role requires strategic assessment of individual brokerage needs and coordination with sales and operations to implement positive changes that increase market share.
