Classification : Management Band 6 - Position starts at $139,562 to $174,453 annually
Location : Primary office in Kelowna (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)

About the Opportunity :
Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to join our Service Delivery & Innovation Division as the Regional Director, South Interior.
Reporting to the Vice President of Service Delivery and Innovation, Regional Directors play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and responsive supports for CLBC-eligible individuals. As the Regional Director, you will oversee the effective delivery of all CLBC-funded services within the South Interior region, leading a diverse team to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence across all aspects of service delivery.
You will guide operational planning, budget oversight, policy alignment, and quality assurance, while fostering strong community partnerships. The Regional Director helps set the tone and culture for the region, supporting service area managers and delivery teams to build trusting, accountable relationships with individuals, families, service providers, and broader community networks, including health, housing, employment, mental health, and Indigenous agencies.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of three days per week in the Kelowna office. Regular travel throughout the South Interior region is required to support CLBC's presence across communities.
