This is a remote position, but it requires extensive travel with frequent practice visits within the Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island Area, approximately 3 to 4 days a week. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Director of Operations will support our Partners across the province by delivering expertise in key business areas to optimize patient care and create stakeholder value. You are a proven leader with experience managing teams, supporting Partners in delivering top-tier patient care, and driven by excellence.

Salary Range: $140,000 to $150,000 annually, plus a bonus of up to 25% and comprehensive benefits. Salary is based on experience and discussed during the interview.
