Lifemark is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead operations across the Maritimes. You will inspire Clinic Directors, build high-performing teams, and create environments where people love to work while ensuring patients receive the best care possible.

This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, requiring agility, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to drive growth, inclusivity, and operational excellence across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of senior management experience leading sizable teams.
• Multi-unit experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Proven track record in operations, strategy, and growth.
• Inclusive leadership that builds trust and inspires results.
• Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, solution-oriented approach with strong communication/negotiation skills.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians and executives in complex settings.

Responsibilities

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Business, or a related field.

• Multi-unit experience preferably in a healthcare environment or connected industry
• A proven track record in operations, strategy, and driving business growth.
