Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority – Yellowknife Region seeks a Regional Director Central to lead child, family and community wellness programs from Yellowknife. You will provide strategic direction, oversee service delivery, and collaborate with Indigenous governments and partners to improve outcomes for children, youth, families and communities.

• Bachelor's degree in social work.
• Eight years of relevant experience, including three years managing people and resources.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for child, family and community wellness programs across the Central region.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of legislated child and family services, prevention, mental health, family support, placement resources and integrated initiatives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of social workers, mental health professionals, family support staff, cultural and training leads, project managers, and administrative staff.
• Ensure services are client- and family-centered, culturally responsive, safe and compliant with NTHSSA standards and procedures.
