The Regional Director Business Development at WFG is responsible for coaching, leading, and developing a team of Regional External Business Development Consultants. They interface with field agents and leadership to generate sales, drive agent recruiting, licensing, and sales production; enhance the agent experience; and increase field performance through issue resolution, training, and promotional events. The team executes WFG growth strategies and acts as a principal advocate for the field force to support business growth, promote opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.
