Job summary

Nisa Foundation, serving communities across Canada, is seeking a Regional Development Officer to lead regional fundraising, plan outreach events, manage volunteers, and strengthen donor relationships with community partners.

In this hybrid GTA West role, you will collaborate with the Regional Director to set fundraising targets, pursue grants, and raise the organization’s visibility, with evening and weekend engagements required to connect with supporters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor cultivation.
• Ability to plan and execute events and initiatives within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to design and implement regional fundraising strategies.
• Establish and meet fundraising targets; evaluate strategy effectiveness.
• Support in applying for and securing grants and funding.
