As a Regional Dealer Business Manager at Taiga, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and a network of assigned dealers. You will cultivate strong relationships, train dealer teams on Taiga’s EV products and processes, and drive sales growth in your region. Your role is critical in ensuring Taiga remains top of mind for our dealers, assisting them with orders, retail sales of Taiga products, parts and service support, and facilitating best-in-industry customer experiences. You will regularly collaborate with Aftersales, Network Development, and Marketing to identify new dealer opportunities, resolve issues promptly, and maintain consistent branding across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned dealers, ensuring consistent communication on products, promotions, and company updates.
  • Visit dealers regularly to deliver product and EV training, provide guidance on sales processes, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure new dealership staff are trained promptly and existing teams remain knowledgeable about Taiga’s evolving product lineup.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed region targets for Taiga’s products (units, parts, and accessories).
  • Collaborate with dealers to forecast seasonal product needs, facilitate retail sales and seasonal pre-orders, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Advocate for Taiga’s brand by ensuring dealers uphold brand standards, marketing guidelines, and consistent in-store representation.
  • Work with Network Development to identify potential new dealers (open points) and pre-qualify dealers for expansion.
  • Partner with Aftersales teams to address customer service issues, warranty claims, and opportunities to improve overall satisfaction for dealers and end customers.
  • Gather feedback from dealers regarding product performance, quality, and market needs; present actionable insights to Taiga management.
  • Monitor dealer performance metrics, implement improvement plans, and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, travel schedules, and dealer performance updates in CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in dealer management, business development, or sales, preferably in powersports, automotive, or marine industries. EV experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with EV technology (or strong desire to learn), plus working knowledge of typical dealership operations.
  • Proven ability to present complex information clearly and motivate others through training and coaching.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, and ability to travel internationally as needed, required. Willingness to travel up to 50–75%
  • Play a key role in bringing off-road electric vehicles to market.
