Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Regional Customer Support Sales Manager for our Saskatchewan & Manitoba region.

As a key player in the growth and development of the product support program, the Regional Customer Support Sales Manager will collaborate with the Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch managers to execute and develop key objectives for the region. This position will ensure our CSAs are accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Own Strategy and Annual Business plans for the region with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  2. Educate and direct the CSAs to ensure all of Brandt’s product support initiatives are promoted within the region.
  3. Manage CSA processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  4. Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
  5. Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure performance on a monthly basis.
  6. Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  7. Engage directly with larger accounts to promote Brandt’s full product support offering.
  8. Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing offerings promotion.
  9. Gather market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  10. Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
  11. Review reports to provide insights and feedback to guide CSA and branch performance.
  12. Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally to develop them.
