Ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical operations with strong GCP knowledge, leadership experience, and ability to travel across regions to ensure consistent high-quality execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline with 8+ years in clinical operations and 4+ years of people management.
• Minimum 6 years in a GCP compliance or equivalent role; oncology experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory quality management.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop Regional Clinical Compliance team across multiple countries.
• Provide expert guidance on regulations and internal standards.
• Oversee inspections preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Ensure CAPA quality and effectiveness; drive standardization.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and risk-based compliance activities.
