Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in LTC/geriatrics.
• BCLS/CPR certification and clinical education delivery experience.
• Experience facilitating group education and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of LTC standards, infection prevention, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, the regional clinical educator partners with home and regional leaders and frontline teams to deliver standardized, evidence-informed clinical skills education.Through onboarding hands-on skills training, simulation, coaching, and competency development, the Regional Clinical Educator supports safe practice, staff confidence, and high-quality, person-centred resident care.
