Regional Cafe Manager
Job description
- Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations and the commissary production kitchen.
- Drive growth and expansion strategies, ensuring new locations align with the brand’s vision and values.
- Work closely with the senior executive team to set business objectives, improve efficiencies, and enhance guest experiences.
- Lead and mentor café management teams, fostering a strong leadership culture and high-performing teams.
- Ensure consistent operational excellence, including food quality, service standards, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace safety across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute successful promotional and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi-unit leadership role within a café, QSR, or fast-casual restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of commissary production kitchen operations and café business models.
- Expertise in team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial management.
- Ability to strategically scale a growing business while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
