Job description

Our client is searching for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for representing the brand with key customers across North America. A successful candidate will have a strong customer support mindset, a keen eye for detail and a natural disposition towards service.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Enter dealer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist dealers through responses to inquiries by phone and email as they arise
  • Support dealer sales management programs and implement and deliver these programs to the customers
  • Build and manage educational components for dealer support including product training, lunch and learns, web-hosted support sessions and others
  • Provide e-commerce platforms sales support including Amazon and others
  • Administer refund processes including customer service, tracking and shipping/receiving administration
  • Deliver timely resolution of order and product issues
  • Serve as an escalation point for other customer support representatives

Your strengths include:

  • Strong customer service skills, including de-escalation, upselling, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Familiarity with soft-phone systems
  • Experience with commercial or wholesale sales/dealer channel would be an asset
  • Attention to detail for order entry, follow up and customer service
  • True sense of urgency and drive to solve problems at a customer level
  • Natural energy and enthusiasm for customer service and delivering the brand promise
