The Regional Business Manager for IG Sales is a pivotal customer-facing role within the commercial team, responsible for driving immunoglobulin (IG) sales and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and targeted healthcare providers (specialty pharmacies, local distributors, clinical pharmacists, nurses, administration, etc.) across a large geographic area. This role involves creating demand, achieving sales objectives, and providing exceptional customer service through effective selling and strategic relationship development. The Regional Business Manager for IG Sales will educate healthcare providers on the clinical value of products, develop strategic account plans, and leverage market insights to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Sales: Assume responsibility for achieving sales targets within a defined geography, utilizing a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Customer Education: Educate prescribers, key decision-makers, and targeted healthcare providers (specialty pharmacies, local distributors, clinical pharmacists, nurses, administration, etc.) on the appropriate use and clinical value of products.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and leverage strategic and authentic relationships with key decision-makers/stakeholders to promote the prescribing and dispensing of products.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans with clearly defined sales and executional objectives.
  • Sales Interaction Analysis: Complete pre-and post-sales interaction analysis to positively impact future customer interactions.
  • CRM Utilization: Input customer information into the CRM tool and leverage its capabilities to enhance job performance, including feedback from Field Contact Reports.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials to customers.
  • Consistent Selling Model: Execute a consistent selling model to gain optimum results and be recognized as a leader in selling skills and authentic relationships.
  • Creative Solutions: Find creative ways to deliver results faster, effectively, and more efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all promoted and competitive products along with technical and marketplace knowledge.
  • Feedback Provision: Provide regular professional feedback to the broader commercial team on customer feedback, competitor activity, buying patterns, and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscape, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote products and network with potential customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and business intelligence, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biologics, injectables, or IG (immune globulin) products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders, including clinical and administrative decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated passion for improving patient outcomes, combined with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
  • Experience working with Specialty Pharmacies and a strong understanding of their operations and influence in the treatment pathway.
  • Prior experience in IG sales, biologics, or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and translating complex clinical data into meaningful insights for customers.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

  • Exercises sound judgment and upholds the highest standards of compliance with all Kedrion policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintains timely, accurate reporting and demonstrates responsible stewardship of company resources.
  • Actively engages in ongoing professional development, training initiatives, and collaborative assignments
