Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Bridges and Structures Manager to lead the Bridges and Structures team across Manitoba and neighboring regions from Winnipeg. You will mentor staff, drive HSSE and project delivery, and collaborate with leadership to develop future PMs and PIRs for Infrastructure.

The role combines client relationship management, business development, and cross-office coordination to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence on major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focusing on structural engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Minimum of 15 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
• Prioritize HSSE in all activities and ensure safety culture.
• Drive project delivery excellence with PM leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and mentor future PMs and PIRs in the region.
• Lead business development, client relationships, and marketing plans for the team.
