Job Description

The firm is seeking a Regional Analyst to join the Canadian Sales Private Wealth team in its Toronto office, working closely with the Canadian sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external partners across the country to develop and prospect new relationships with private wealth partners (e.g., financial advisors).
  • Analyze regional and product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and individual financial advisors.
  • Manage inbound calls from clients and prospective clients.
  • Conduct relationship-building sales calls via telephone with financial advisors and other licensed professionals.
  • Identify sales opportunities, advisor needs, cross-sell ideas, and introduce new concepts.
  • Develop and implement sales plan strategies for various regions, focusing on prospecting new business.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to share best practices and maximize sales opportunities for Canada.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure business efficiency (e.g., updating contact management systems).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Curiosity about sales; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • A strong desire to learn about capital markets, alternative investments, mutual funds, private equity, and economic factors.
  • Consultative, client-first approach.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A digital and data-driven approach.
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and strong values.
