Your role as Regional Account Executive, West

The mission of the Regional Account Executive is to develop a go-to-market strategy for all of Alberta, aiming to build the Dialogue brand and expand the Dialogue business. This role involves managing mid-sized and larger enterprise accounts, with full market coverage being essential for success. We seek someone motivated by the opportunity to positively impact the health of Canadians.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the entire sales process, including identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing complex sales with companies having over 2000 employees;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create engaging content and materials for sales efforts;
  • Follow a defined sales process and record all activities in our CRM to manage sales engagements effectively, coordinating with the Go-to-Market team and other departments such as Medical Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal;
  • Utilize Marketing and Business Development leads, partnerships, and direct prospecting to generate sales opportunities;
  • Work closely with key brokers and advisors both locally and nationally;
  • Present Dialogue to executives of prospective clients, both virtually and in-person, with confidence and professionalism.

  • Passionate professionalism: You represent a spirited and professional presence, selling health solutions to top Canadian brands, with passion and credibility as key differentiators.
  • A mission-oriented mindset: You are committed to selling services that remove barriers to quality physical and mental healthcare, positively affecting millions of Canadians’ wellness.
  • Experience with strategic selling in complex environments: At least 5 years of enterprise account sales experience, involving relationship management, sales acumen, and storytelling skills, especially in virtual healthcare settings.

It’s even better if you also have:

  • Experience in health benefits or insurance industries;
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, or Finance departments;
  • Experience selling to the public or financial sectors;
  • Experience using Salesforce.
