Position: Refrigeration Technician

Location: Kingston, ON, CAN

Duration: 25-Sep-2023 to 25-Oct-2023 (PST)

Pay: $42-$55 per hour, Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Our qualified Refrigeration Journeymen repair and maintain refrigeration equipment such as display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in and undercounter coolers/freezers, ice machines, and blast chillers. Experience with hot and cold commercial food equipment (gas, steam, electric) is a plus. We support your training and educational goals, including Ontario licenses if you do not have them. Your role involves servicing complex equipment and delivering exceptional customer service, making you the HERO every day.

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years' experience as a refrigeration technician
  • 313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic
  • G2 / G1 licenses are assets but not required
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; accountable and self-driven
  • Availability for overtime and on-call work
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work or training
