Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Refrigeration Technician for our Grande Prairie location. You will install, service and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems on a variety of applications.

Ideal candidates will have journeyman certification or be a 3rd/4th-year apprentice, live in Grande Prairie or be willing to relocate, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather. This full-time, in-person role offers strong wages, benefits, a company vehicle and more.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or 3rd/4th-year apprenticeship in refrigeration/heating.
• Canadian resident in Grande Prairie or willing to relocate.
• Experience with air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems on various applications.
• Travel and perform work in other areas as required.
• Coordinate jobs and orders with the Office Manager.
• Work safely and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs.

We are seeking someone with the ability to complete installations, repairs, and service of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems on various types of applications.

What's the Role?

• Perform installation, repairs, and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems on various applications.
• Travel and perform work in other areas as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Work closely with the Office Manager to coordinate jobs and orders for customers.
• Work safely and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and make necessary repairs.
