A leading staffing agency in Canada is seeking an HVAC Technical Support Specialist in Edmonton. In this permanent role, you will provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to technicians, assist with installations, and prepare accurate documentation. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$95,000/year, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Travel across Alberta is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
Put your HVAC/R expertise to work in a new way. This role lets you apply your technical knowledge without the daily physical demands of rooftop or field-heavy work. You’ll guide and support technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure projects are completed successfully.
Location: Edmonton, AB (travel across Alberta required)
Salary: $75,000–$95,000/year + Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday
