• Valid Refrigeration B license and/or Millwright license.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience, ideally in the food industry.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Basic welding skills.
• Experience working with hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Conduct daily readings, preventive maintenance, and complete documentation.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support HVAC and refrigeration system operations.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Ensure tasks are completed within budget and timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
