Summit Search Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our Client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain RACK refrigeration systems, including both 30-year-old Hill Dual Mates and the latest technologies from Hill/Phoenix, Hussmann, and Emerson.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of self-contained units, ice machines, deli, and bakery equipment.

HVAC Systems:

• Install, service, and maintain various RTU (Rooftop Units), MUA (Make-Up Air) units, and ventilation systems from brands such as Carrier, Lennox, CaptiveAire, and others.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in multiple applications.

Heating Systems:

• Work on boiler systems in car washes, including in-slab heat systems and radiant heat systems.

Restaurant and Convenience Store Equipment:

• Maintain and repair all forms of restaurant and convenience store equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.

Qualifications:

Red SealJourneymanRefrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic, 4thLevel Apprentices,andLicensedA orB Gas Fitter.

Valid driver’slicense.

Previous experience with grocery store refrigeration equipment would be considered an asset.

Eager to work on a variety of HVAC/R equipment, and willing to take the initiative to learn new systems.

$5000 Signing bonus
