Workplace Options: Referral Specialist (French Speaking)

Location: Ontario

Hybrid/Remote/Onsite: Hybrid or Remote depending on your proximity to our Toronto office

Salary: $45,000 CAD per year plus bonus and competitive benefits

Languages: English and French

What you will do:

The Referral Specialist assists the Workplace Options Clinical Service Delivery teams by identifying available mental health professionals for our clients who need short-term counselling assistance worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Review clinical intakes.
• Identify clients’ needs and match the appropriate provider using our proprietary database.
• Recruit mental health professionals to the Workplace Options network.
• Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients’ information.
• Communicate provider information to our clients.
• Proactively manage caseload.
• Perform any other delegated responsibilities and duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Proficient in navigating databases and the internet.
• Effective team player.
• Proficiency with proprietary software applications.
• Flexible to adapt to work volume fluctuations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• High literacy in various software including Excel and Word.
• Strong research skills for web research and preparing client reports.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or credentialing preferred.
