Your impact

  • Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
  • Bring strong verbal and written communications that allow patients to feel heard and supported

Your responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival to the clinic
  • Answer phones and triage calls as needed
  • Triage general email inquiries
  • Manage eFaxes
  • Transcribe patient results
  • Process patient payments
  • Assist with cleaning throughout the clinic as needed
  • Assist with general administrative duties/coverage as needed
  • Manage and track all incoming and outgoing patient referrals
  • Book and confirm new patient consultations
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, EMR portal, and in person
  • Communicate and manage relationships with other physician offices and other health care provider offices

Your experience

  • Previous related experience in a medical or clinical office environment
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds
  • Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
  • Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
  • Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Experience working within an EMR and/or CRM (preferred)

Your schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PM) and holidays as needed
