Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated technician to join our Calgary team. The role focuses on maintenance of refrigeration units on transport equipment, with emphasis on Thermo King and Carrier systems. A valid ODP Card and 5 years of industry experience are required. The candidate will read schematics, perform routine checks, and ensure safety and quality of work while supporting timely deliveries and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience with Reefer and A/C units in the transportation industry and must hold a valid ODP Card.
• Experience and completed training on Thermoking or Carrier Reefer Units at the manufacturer or dealer level.
• Technical aptitude and interest in obtaining an apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on refrigeration equipment for trucks and trailers.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot Refrigeration units.
• Recharge systems with refrigerant and perform routine checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
• Support productivity and quality improvements as needed.
