Job summary

Colonial Group in Truro, NS is seeking a Red Seal Industrial Electrician to keep our manufacturing systems running at peak performance. The role offers 12‑hour shifts, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain electrical/electronic components across diverse machinery, use CMMS for work orders and parts history, and collaborate closely with your supervisor on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification (3+ years preferred).
• Strong control systems knowledge (Allen Bradley controllers, VFDs).
• Excellent troubleshooting and planning skills.
• Proactive, detail‑focused approach and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and electrical systems

• Perform minor mechanical repairs
• Use our computerized maintenance system for work orders, parts tracking, and history
