Position Overview :

We are looking for two skilled and licensed Red Seal HVAC / Refrigeration Commercial Service Technicians to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is integral to providing exceptional service and maintenance to our diverse commercial client base, including healthcare facilities, process manufacturing sites, educational institutions, and office complexes.

As a Red Seal HVAC / Refrigeration Commercial Service Technician , you will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial settings. You’ll use your expertise in air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Service & Maintenance : Act as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers within a defined market area.
• Equipment Handling : Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems.
• Technical Application : Utilize cutting-edge software and technology along with hand tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Customer Engagement : Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems.
• Coordination : Collaborate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to understand requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
• Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety standards and maintain security and accountability for company assets.
• Flexibility : Be prepared to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business needs dictate.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry
• Strong experience with the commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment
• Certification : Valid Red Seal Journeyman Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration is required.
• Technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
• Software Skills : Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Driving Requirements : Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean driving record.
• Safety Focused : Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Must be mobile with the ability to support clients across Saskatchewan
• Certification : Valid Red Seal Journeyman Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration is required.
