Position: Red Seal Auto Body & Collision Technician

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia

Compensation: Flat rate structure ranging from $29.20 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and efficiency.

Guaranteed Income: A biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, calculated based on 64 flat-rate hours to ensure consistent earnings.

Performance Incentive Program: Technicians are eligible for Steele Auto Group's Internal Performance Incentive Program, which rewards productivity. For every flat-rate hour produced, a contribution is made to a Personal Incentive Bank with automatic payouts annually.
